Introducing COPE: Create Once Post Everywhere
An open-source agent that turns one rough note into ready-to-post content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Threads.

I am a full-time Software Engineer, Tech Speaker, and mentor. I enjoy talking about Web Development, Machine Learning, Natural language Processing, Machine learning Accelerated Mobile Pages, Progressive Web Apps, Cybersecurity, Chatbots, etc.
My claim to fame was when I posted a series of tweets on Twitter about data privacy issues on an airline’s website and the tweet got viral for all the good reasons. The story was covered by all major media portals all around the world including BBC, Saudi Gazette, Times of India, Boing Boing, Lallantop etc. and I have been interviewed by some major radio channels and podcasts.
In my free time, I like to indulge myself in activities like Photography, Gardening, Snooker, or Boxing. I am a proud owner of many plants, I sometimes talk to them (mostly pep talks).
COPE: Create Once Post Everywhere
So here's the thing I've been building. It's called COPE — Create Once Post Everywhere — and it's exactly what it sounds like: write your thought down once, let an agent turn it into content for every platform.
What it actually is
COPE is an agent that runs on Claude or Codex. You give it a rough text note — voice-to-text ramble, half-formed idea, whatever — or even a URL, like one of your own blog posts, and it repurposes that into a full set of platform-ready outputs: a LinkedIn post, an X thread, a blog version, images, and a carousel PDF.
It also generates threaded tweets or posts, so if you've got something meaty to say, it can spread it across multiple posts instead of cramming it into one.
How you use it
There's no hosted app or dashboard here. You download the repo from GitHub and run it inside Claude or Codex directly. From there you feed it your note or a URL for context, and it does the repurposing.
Where the outputs go
Once COPE generates everything, here's the flow:
Carousel images → post to Instagram
Carousel PDF → post to LinkedIn
Short-form content → post to Threads or X
The current limitation
Automatic posting is not supported yet. That's a real limitation right now — you still have to manually post everything COPE generates. It handles the repurposing, not the publishing.
Best part
Best part about it, it is open source. It's hosted on my GitHub at github.com/sirius93/cope, so anyone can pull it down, poke at it, or extend it.
